We contracted John at MK Builds after another builder let us down and actually abandoned the job. John came in, understood that he needed to make good after the previous builder, and complete the remaining 90% of the job. Obviously time was not on John’s side as we requested if work could be done before Christmas just 8 weeks away. We understood if that would not be possible. The work included supply and installation of 14 metres of commercial grade sliding windows, a full kitchen and black granite counters and splashback etc. we had all appliances onsite (in readiness for the previous builder!) John said what he’d do and did not he said. As did each of his contractors. A real pleasure to work with each and every one of his team on site. Totally finished in about 5 weeks to a standard agreed, and often even higher than we ever would have expected or hope for. John offered advice to improve the outcome as we proceeded, and nothing was too much trouble for him.
